RESOLUTION NO. 92-152
APPROVING INCREASE OF WEED ASSESSMENT FEE
WHEREAS, The Park Maintenance and Forestry Division are responsible for the compliance
of our tall grass and weed ordinance on all applicable properties in the City; and
WHEREAS, the Superintendent of Parks gave data to the Finance Director supporting the
fact that our assessment fees for weed and grass cutting are below the metro level and
should be increasded to keep abreast with other muicipalities to curtail the Cities
mowing service.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA,
that the fee of $50/hour for tall grass and weed eradication be increased to an
$80/hour fee with an hour minimum fee per property.
