RESOLUTION NO. 92-151
AWARDING OF BID FOR 1992 REFORESTATION PROPOSAL
WHEREAS, the Forestry Division is responsible for the 1992 Reforestation Program to be
carried out on City owned lands; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with City bid specifications that were prepared and distributed,
and bid proposals received and opened on February 13, 1992; and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received:
WILSON NURSERY $26,451.00
MIDWEST LANDSCAPING 19,902.00
MARGALIS BROTHERS 21,750.00
AND WHEREAS, the bid of Midwest Landscaping is in conformance with City specifications
for plant materials, Midwest Landscaping is therefore declared lowest responsible
bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA: that it should and hereby does accept the proposal of Midwest Landscaping
in the amount of $19,902.00. Further, that funds in the amount of $18,518.00 are
authorized from account No. 101-125-810.26-000-000, and $1,384.00 are authorized from
496-496-810-013.
