RESOLUTION NO. 92-150
SETTING PUBLIC HEARING ON OFF -SALE
INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE APPLICATION
FOR BUSINESS SCIENCE CORP.
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for an off -sale
intoxicating liquor license from Business Science Corp., 4130
Highway 101 North; and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth City Code provides that a public hearing is
required for the issuance of a new liquor license.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Plymouth that a public hearing is hereby established for 7:00
p.m. on April 6, 1992 to consider the application of Business
Science Corp., for an off -sale intoxicating liquor license at
4130 Highway 101 North.
Adopted by the City Council on March 2, 1992.
