RESOLUTION NO. 92-149
TEST WELL NO. 11
CITY PROJECT NO. 909
WHEREAS, as part of the 1992 Capital Improvements Program it is proposed
to construct Well No. 11 at the Zachary Lane well field; and
WHEREAS, a test well is necessary to determine the final location for Well
No. 11; and
WHEREAS, three quotations have been received for the test well.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the drilling of Test Well No. 11 is authorized
by Keys Well Drilling in accordance with their quotation.
FURTHER, That funding for the project in the amount of $10,700 is provided
from the Utility Trunk Fund (403).
