RESOLUTION NO. 92-146
APPROVING REVISION IN THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT
ACCESS CHANNEL 37 OPERATING POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted the Policies and Procedures
with Respect to Local Government Access Channel 37; and
WHEREAS, such procedures and policies did not contemplate the
inclusion of Northwest Community Television productions of city
council meetings within the northwest suburbs cable service area;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of encouraging resident
knowledge about local government events within Plymouth and in
adjacent communities.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does,
authorize revisions to the Local Government Access Channel 37
Operating Policies and Procedures as set forth in the policy
dated February 24, 1992.
