RESOLUTION NO. 92-145
REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 2 AND FINAL
15TH AVENUE NORTH - STREET IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 945
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth as owner and Talberg Lawn & Landscape, Inc.,
as contractor, have entered into an agreement for 15th Avenue North,
Street Improvements, City Project No. 945, said agreement being dated July
31, 1991; and
WHEREAS, the Engineer has certified acceptance of the work and approval of
the final request for payment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. That the original contract amount was $27,988. No
change orders were requested and the value of the work
to date is $27,501.84 and is herewith approved. This
project underran the contract amount by $486.16 or
1.74I.
2. That the work performed by the Contractor for 15th
Avenue North, Street Improvement and certified to the
Council by the engineer as acceptable, being the same,
is hereby released from the contract except as to the
conditions of the performance bond, any and all legal
rights of the owner, required guarantees and correction
of faulty work after final payment.
3. Request for Payment No. 2 and Final in the amount of
$1,375.09 to Talberg Lawn and Landscape, Inc. for 15th
Avenue North, Street Improvements is hereby approved and
the City Finance Director is hereby authorized and
directed to pay the same forthwith.
