RESOLUTION NO. 92- 144
REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 11 AND FINAL
1990 STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROGRAM
CITY PROJECT NO. 001
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth as owner and Hardrives, Inc., as contractor,
have entered into an agreement for the 1990 Street Reconstruction Program,
City Project No. 001, said agreement being dated June 21, 1990; and
WHEREAS, the Engineer has certified acceptance of the work and approval of
the final request for payment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. That the original contract amount was $1,868.233.05.
Two change orders were approved in the amount of
$27,824.20, and the value of the work to date is
$1,888,708.37 and is herewith approved. This project
underran the contract amount by $7.348.88 or 0.392.
2. That the work performed by the Contractor for the 1990
Street Reconstruction Program, and certified to the
Council by the engineer as acceptable, being the same,
is hereby released from the contract except as to the
conditions of the performance bond, any and all legal
rights of the owner, required guarantees and correction
of faulty work after final payment.
3. Request for Payment No. 11 and Final in the amount of
$38,733.19 to Hardrives, Inc. for the 1990 Street
Reconstruction Program is hereby approved and the City
Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to
pay the same forthwith.
