RESOLUTION 92-135
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR LOWRY HILL DEVELOPMENT FOR
GOLFVIEW ESTATES (91047)
WHEREAS, Lowry Hill Development has requested approval for a Final Plat and
Development Contract for Golfview Estates, a plat for 54 lots on 39.8 acres
located in the northeast quadrant of Holly Lane and County Road 9; and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the
improvements related to said plat; 0
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it hereby does approve the request by Lowry Hill
Development for a Final Plat and Development Contract for Golfview Estates for
54 lots located in the northeast quadrant of Holly Lane and County Road 9.
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the
Mayor and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on
behalf of the City.
Adopted by the City Council on February 24, 1992.
