RESOLUTION NO. 92- 134
APPROVING CONSTRUCTION COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT AND PLANS
COUNTY ROADS 10 AND 61, COUNTY PROJECT NO. 7408
CITY PROJECT NO. 812
WHEREAS, Agreement for participation in the construction and operation of a
new roadway and traffic control signal system on County State Aid Highway
No. 10 from Nathan Lane to I-494 and County Road 61 from County Road 10 to
56th Avenue, Hennepin County Project No. 7408, Agreement Nos. PW 11-17-92
and PW 56-17-91 has been prepared and presented to the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: that said Agreement in all things approved as
conditioned therein;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to
sign Agreement Nos. PW 11-17-92 and PW 56-17-91, Hennepin County Project
No. 7408, City Project No. 812.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City funding for the project estimated to
be $872,300, is provided from Tax Increment Finance Districts 4-1, 4-2 and
4-3.
FURTHER, that the fina construction plans referenced in said Agreement PW
56-17-91 are approved.
