Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the f
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the lot N
day of December, 1969. The following members were preeenti Mayor Hi.lde,
Councilmen flints, Humphrey, Johnson and Undseth. The following members

Councilman Humphrey introduced the following Resolution and saved its

RESOLUTION NO. 69-442
WHEREAS, Janes Cavanaugh requested a subdivision waiver on Parcel 4750
Plat 43734.
NOW THEREFORE, BE rY HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLY!! M..
1. That the requirements of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the
Village of Plymouth passed an January 10, 1966, and
filed on .April 6, 1%6, in hook 1035 of Miscellamocus
Records, page 497. Register of Deeds, Hennepin County
tannesota, relating to the conveyance of parcels of
laud lure that fine (5) acres in area and 300 feet in
width are hereby waived as to the following described

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson, and upon rots being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof:
Mayor Hilds, Councilman Dints, Eumphrey,,
Johann and Klmdeath. No one Toted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly paased and adopted.
