HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1992-130RESOLUTION NO. 92-130 APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO'S 1 AND 2 PLYMOUTH BUSINESS CENTER STH ADDITION IMPROVEMENTS CITY PROJECT NO. 715 WHEREAS, Change Order No's 1 and 2 have been prepared providing for the following: Change Order No. 1 provides for the installation of four inch drain tile along with items incidental to complete installation. Extra rock stabilizer required to replace poor soils encountered throughout the project. Common borrow material required to replace peat material removed on 34th Avenue. Increase in 12 inch DIP watermain quantity item on the contract, due to an error on the original proposal. Change Order No. 2 requests extension of the completion date from November 27, 1991 to July 1, 1992. AND WHEREAS, Change Order No's 1 and 2 for Plymouth Business Center 5th Addition Improvements, City Project No. 715, is recommended for approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA; that Change Order No's 1 and 2 for Plymouth Business Center 5th Addition Improvements, City Project No. 715, by adding $31,548.78 is approved: Original Contract Amount Previous Change Orders - THIS CHANGE ORDER NO'S 1 and 2 - REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT.......... Adopted by the City Council on February 24, 1992 $512,760.04 ADD 0.00 ADD 31.548.78 $544,308.82
