HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1992-127CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION NO. 92-127 ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF A STREET EASEMENT WITHIN GLEN GROVE ACRES, HENNEPIN COUNTY WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, Michael A. Pflaum has petitioned the City Council for the vacation of the following street easement within Glen Grove Acres, Hennepin County, MN: An easement for street purposes in favor of the City of Plymouth over and across that part of Lot 3 and Lot 4, Glen Grove Acres, Hennepin County, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the North line of said Lot 3 a distance of 400 feet east of the Northwest corner thereof; thence Southerly and parallel to the Easterly line of Harbor Lane to the South line of said Lot 4; thence Easterly along the South line of said Lot 4 a distance of 60 feet; thence Northerly and parallel to the Easterly line of said Harbor Lane to the North line of said Lot 3; thence Westerly along the North line of said Lot 3 to the point of beginning and there terminating. AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to be in order; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date of March 16, 1992 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law. Adopted by the City Council on February 24, 1992.
