HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1992-125CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION NO. 92-125 ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF EMPIRE LANE (ALSO KNOWN AS HOPE AVENUE) STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY WITHIN FIRST ADDITION GREER'S ORCHARD TRACTS WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, Michael A. Pflaum has petitioned the City Council for the vacation of the following street right-of-way within First Addition, Greer's Orchard Tracts: Empire Lane (also known as Hope Avenue) as dedicated in the plat of First Addition Greer's Orchard Tracts, Hennepin County, MN. AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to be in order; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date of March 16, 1992 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law. Adopted by the City Council on February 24, 1992
