APPROVAL OF SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT
CITY PROJECT NO. 762
COTTONWOOD PLAZA STORM MATER HOLDING POND
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has negotiated a settlement agreement for the
reimbursement of the cost incurred by the City in acquiring the necessary
easements for a storm water holding pond for the Cottonwood Plaza
Development described as City Prcject No. 762; and
WHEREAS, the property owner has agreed to a settlement in a total amount
of $18,000.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MIFNESOTA: that the Mayor and City Manger are authorized to
enter into the settlement agreement for Project No. 762 in the amount of
$18,000.
