RESOLUTION 92- 121
APPROVING TRANSFER OF GRANT FUNDS AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has been a participant in the Urban Hennepin
County Agreement for the purposes of Community Development Block Grant
funding; and,
WHEREAS, an agreement between Urban Hennepin County and the City of Plymouth
expired on December 31, 1991; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary to provide for the transfer of certain unexpended
CDBG funds from the Urban Hennepin County agreement to the City of Plymouth
Entitlement Letter of Credit to effect a closeout of the City/County
contractual agreement;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Mayor and City Manager hereby be authorized and
directed to execute the agreement between the City of Plymouth and Hennepin
County providing for the transfer of grant funds from the County to the City
related to the Community Development Block Grant Program.
Adopted by the City Council on February 24, 1992.
