RESOLUTION 92-119
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR FRED SMITH AND CYNTHIA MARY
OETJEN FOR IRONHORSE ESTATES (91060)
WHEREAS, Fred Smith and Cynthia Mary Oetjen have requested approval for a
Final Plat and Development Contract for Ironhorse Estates, a plat for 10 lots
on 5.614 acres located at 17325 County Road 24; and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the
improvements related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it hereby does approve the request by Fred Smith and
Cynthia Mary Oetjen for a Final Plat and Development Contract for Ironhorse
Estates, a plat for 10 lots on 5.614 acres located at 17325 County Road 24,
subject to the following conditions:
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the
Mayor and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on
behalf of the City.
Adopted by the City Council on February 24, 1992.
