RESOLUTION 92-117
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF FINANCIAL GUARANTEE FOR TREE PRESERVATION FOR LUNDGREN
BROS. CONSTRUCTION FOR CHURCHILL FARMS 2ND ADDITION LOCATED NORTH OF COUNTY
ROAD 24 AND EAST OF THE WEST CITY LIMITS (91079)
WHEREAS, the City Council approved the Final Plat and Development Contract for
Churchill Farms 2nds Addition by Resolution 91-595 on October 18, 1991; and,
WHEREAS, the Development Contract provided for compliance with the provisions
of City Council Resolution 91-595 regarding preservation of trees on new
development sites; and,
WHEREAS, the Developer provided a Letter of Credit in the amount of $5,000 to
secure execution of the Tree Preservation Plan that was approved; and,
WHEREAS, the City Forester has certified the Developer has complied with the
Tree Preservation Plan, and he now recommends release of the financial
guarantee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize and direct the
release of the Letter of Credit for tree preservation for Churchill Farms 2nd
Addition subdivision in the amount of $5,000.
Adopted by the City Council on February 24, 1992.
