HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1992-115CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION 92-115 SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO FINAL PLAT FOR SUPER VALU STORES, INC. FOR "PLYMOUTH HILLS 6TH ADDITION" LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF 36TH AVENUE NORTH AND VICKSBURG LANE (92002) WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat for "Plymouth Hills 6th Addition"; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following to be met, prior to recording of, and related to said plat for "Plymouth Hills 6th Addition": 1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. Removal of all dead or dying trees from the property at the owner's expense. 3. Compliance with Policy Resolution 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations for new structures in subdivisions adjacent to, or containing any open storm water drainage facility. 4. Submittal of required utility and drainage easements as approved by the City Engineer prior to filing the Final Plat. 5. No building permits to be issued until the Final Plat is filed and recorded with Hennepin County. 6. The Final Plat mylars shall contain a statement noting that the plat is part of the approved MPUD-78-2 per Section 9 of the Zoning Ordinance. 7. Sidewalk construction along Plymouth Boulevard and 35th Avenue North shall be required at the time of Building Permit applications for Lots 2 and 3. 8. Cross easements are required for all shared driveways and utilities. Adopted by the City Council on February 24, 1992. (res/cc/92002.sc)
