RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENTS

PREPARATION OF PLANS
4 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the

Village Council of the Village of glroutb, Minnesota, was held on the 24th
day of November, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Hints, Humphrey, Johnson and`Kindseth. The following members
were absent: None

Councilman Hints introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-440
WHEREAS, a Resolution of the Village Council adopted the 4th day of
August, 1969, fixed the 25th day of August, 1969 as the date for a public
hearieg on: Sewer, Water And Streets In Central Plymouth. Project 69-1,0,8-G,
Deleting Creekwood Heights Second Addition.
Shame, all property owners whose property is liable to be assessed -for
the making of these improvements were $Ivan ten days' published notice of the
Conseil hearing through two weekly publications of the required notice and
the hearing was held and property owners heard on the 25th day of August, 1%9.
NOW THEREFORE, U IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
"I. Such improvements as set out above and for the area as above
indicated are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council Resolution
adopted November 24, 1969.
2. The Village Engineer is hereby directed to prepare plans and
specifications for the mains of such improvements."
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was dull seconded
by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
In favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilman Hintz. Humphrey, Johnson and
Kindseth. No one voted against.
Whereupon the notion was declared duly passed and adopted.
