RESOLUTION NO. 92-110
APPOINTMENT OF ROBERT L. MELLER, JR. AS CITY ATTORNEY
WHEREAS, the City Manager has informed the City Council of his
appointment of Robert L. Meller, Jr. as city attorney for the
City of Plymouth; and
WHEREAS, the appointment and removal of the city attorney is
subject to the approval of this Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the appointment of Robert L.
Meller, Jr., by the City Manager of the City effective
February 9, 1992.
Adopted by the City Council on February 3, 1992.
