REQUESTING THE CONVEYANCE OF TAX FORFEIT
TO THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH FOR PUBLIC USE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, has received
from the County of Hennepin a description of land within its corporate
limits which has become the property of the State of Minnesota for
nonpayment of real estate taxes; and
WHEREAS, the parcels of land described below have heretofore been
classified by the Board of County Commissioners of Hennepin County,
Minnesota, as nonconservation land and the sale thereof has heretofore been
authorized by said Board of County Commissioners.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, acting pursuant to Minnesota Statute 282, that the
said classification by said Board of County Commissioners of the parcels of
land described as nonconservation land is "acreby approved.
FURTHER, tnat the parcels be conveyed pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 282
for public use hereinafter shown:

Adopted by the City Council on February 3, 1992
