Pursuant to due call and notice 'herecf, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Mina,,sota, was geld on the
24th day of November, 1969.
The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz,
Humphrey, Johnson and Kindseth. There were no absent members.
Councilman Humphrey introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:

{� NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE

�( VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS:
! VILLAGE ENGINEER HAGEN IS HEREBY DIRECTED TO CONTACT PLAYHOUSE,
` QUALITY HOMES AND HUNZ DEVELOPERS WITH REGARD TO THE MOVING OF
THE RIGHT OF WAY OF VICKSBURG LANE AND URGED HIM TO NEGOTIATE
{ THE LOCATION CHANGE AS EFFICIENTLY AND QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote L,eing taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayr Hilde, Councilmen Hintz,
Humphrey, Johnson and Kindseth. No one voted against.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of
the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have care-
fully compared the foregoing extract of minutes of a regular council
meeting of said Village held November 24, 1969, with the original

j complete transcript therefrom.
