RESOLUTION NO. 92-104
RESOLUTION AWARDING BID
4 -WHEEL DRIVE SIDEWALK TRACTOR
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the receipt of bids for the purchase of a 4 -
wheel drive sidewalk tractor for the City of Plymouth; and
WHEREAS, said equipment is required to adequately provide City services; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with State Statue, bid specifications were prepared and
distributed and bid proposals received and opened on January 27, 1992; and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received:

MacQueen Equipment
A.S.M. Equipment
TOTAL BID
$49,275.00
NO BID
WHEREAS, the bid of MacQueen Equipment is in conformance with the City's specifications
for this equipment and it is recommended that it be accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The bid of MacQueen Equipment is declared the lowest responsible bidder.
2. That the City hereby accepts the bid in the amount of $49,275 and funds for
this purchase are authorized from the Park Maintenance Fund 101-124.
