HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1992-101CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION NO. 92- lot RECEIVING PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PRELIMINARY REPORT BRIDLEWOOD FARM 2ND ADDITION - STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS CITY PROJECT NO. 206 WHEREAS, the developer of Bridlewood Farm 2nd Addition has petitioned the City to make improvements to the Bridlewood Farm 2nd Addition plat by the installation of 7 ton bituminous streets with concrete curb and gutter, sanitary sewer, watermain, storm drainage facilities, and all necessary appurtenances; and WHEREAS, property benefited by such project will be assessed for all or a portion of the cost of such improvements pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended); NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the proposed improvements in Bridlewood Farm 2nd Addition be referred to Donohue Engineers, Architects, Scientists for study and that the engineers be instructed to report to the City Council with all convenient speed by advising the Council, in a preliminary way, as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should be best made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of such an improvement as recommended. Adopted by the City Council on February 3, 1992.
