HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1992-098CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION NO. 92-98 REIMBURSING DEVELOPER FOR REQUIRED WATERMAIN CONSTRUCTION BRIDLEWOOD FARM ADDITION (90028) WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth and U.S. Home Corporation have entered into a development contract dated June 26, 1991 for the development of Bridlewood Farm Addition; and WHEREAS, as part of this development, the developer was required to construct a 12 inch watermain within and south of the Bridlewood Farm Addition in order to conform with the City of Plymouth's Water Distribution Plan; and WHEREAS, the developer installed the required 12 inch watermain in Urbandale Lane and Urbandale Court within Bridlewood Farm Addition and the required alignment to the south; and WHEREAS, it is the policy of the City of Plymouth to reimburse developers for required watermain construction as provided for in the development contract; and WHEREAS, this amount to $24,955.42 including engineering fees. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the developer, U.S. Home Corporation, is to be reimbursed in the amount of $24,955.42 for the required 12 inch watermain construction based on the alignment in the construction plans and in accordance with Section 3.3 in the development contract. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the funds be allocated from the Trunk Water Fund. Adopted by the City Council on February 3, 1992.
