Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of .Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
24th day of November, 1969.
The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz,
Humphrey, Kindseth and Johnson. There were no absent members.
Councilman Humphrey introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:

APPROVAL OF THE CHANGE ORDER FOR THE ELEVATED TANK FOR WELL
7J NO. 2 TO INSTALL A 30"x60" HATCH TYPE DOOR IN 8' DRY RISER
?' IN LIEU OF 3'x7' DOOR TO ..LLOW PROPER ALIGNr1ENT OF RISER
RESULTING IN A CREDIT OF $125.00.

The motion for the adoption of _he foregoing Resolution was duly
I ; seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the
i following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen. Humphrey,
{' Hintz, Johnson and hindseth. No ore voted against.

Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
