RESOLUTION NO. 92-92
RESCINDING CITY COUNCIL POLICIZS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth, that
the following policies are hereby rescinded:
1. Policy on Granting Temporary Sewer Capacity from
Northwest to South Sewer District (adopted April 2,
1973), and
2. Consolidated Statement of City Council Housing Policy
(adopted July 9, 1973), and
3. Policy Regarding Housing Rehabilitation Grant/Loan
Program - Applicants Who are Requesting Second Grant/Loan
!sdopted September 16, 1991) [Note: This policy remains
in effect for the HRA, but the Clerk is directed to
remove it as a City Council Policy].
Adopted by the City Council on February 3, 1992.
