RESOLUTION 92-91
AUTHORIZING REDUCTION OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR MINNESOTA EQUAL ACCESS
NETWORK SERVICE (91067)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Minnesota Equal Access Network Service was approved
under an Administrative Approval letter dated September 5, 1991; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in
the form of cash in the amount of $2,700; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site
and recommends reduction of the financial guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize a $2,400
reduction of the cash escrow, which was submitted to guarantee site
improvements for Minnesota Equal Access Network Service to a new total
guarantee of !300.
