SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONING LAND
FOR CRAIG AND GARY SCHERBER FOR "HOLLY CREEK" FROM FRD (FUTURE RESTRICTED
DEVELOPMENT) TO R -1A (LOW DENSITY SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT) LOCATED
IN THE SOUTHWEST QUADRANT OF ROCKFORD ROAD AND DUNKIRK LANE (91106)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezoning certain land
located in the southwest quadrant of Rockford Road and Dunkirk Lane from FRD
(Future Restricted Development) to R -IA (Low Density Single Family
Residential) District in conjunction with approval of the Preliminary Plat for
Craig and Gary Scherber for "Holly Creek";
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the Final Plat for
Craig and Gary Scherber for "Holly Creek" to be filed with Hennepin County
prior to the publication of said Ordinance.
Adopted by the City Council on February 3, 1992.
