Pursuant to due :all and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
24th day- of November, 1969.
The following members were present,: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hintz,
Humphrey, Kindseth and Johnson. No one was absent.

alCouncilman Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved

j its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-437
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS:
APPROVAL OF -THE CHANGE ORDER OF PROJECT #69-1,0-F FOR STREET
SURFACING ON 6TH AVE. AND UPLAND LANE EAST OF VICKSBURG LANE
IN THE AMOUNT OF $,$,301.50.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing,Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Humphrey and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following.voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde,Councilmen Hintz,
Humphrey, Johnson and Rindseth. No one voted against.
Whereupon said resolution vas declared duly passed and adopted.
