HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1992-085CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION 92-85 APPROVING RESIDENTIAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT CONCEPT PLAN FOR CRAIG AND GARY SCHERBER FOR HOLLY CREEK LOCATED IN THE SOUTHWEST QUADRANT OF ROCKFORD ROAD AND DUNKIRK LANE (91106) WHEREAS, Craig and Gary Scherber have requested approval of a Residential Planned Unit Development Concept Plan for the development of approximately 47.24 acres located in the southwest quadrant of Rockford Road and Dunkirk Lane; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request at a duly called Public Informational Hearing and has recommended approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Residential Planned Unit Development Concept Plan for the development of approximately 47.24 acres located in the southwest quadrant of Rockford Road and Dunkirk Lane, subject to the following conditions: 1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. Staging of the development shall be in accordance with utility availability as approved by the City Engineer. 3. All public street right-of-way shall be dedicated. 4. The maximum number of dwelling units approved is 63 with zero bonus points assigned. Adopted by the City Council on February 3, 1992.
