RESOLUTION NO. 92-83
APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT FOR PARKERS LAKE SKATING RINK LIGHTING
WHEREAS, The City has a duly signed contract with Metro Electric in the amount
of $24,473 for the installation of the Parkers Lake skating rink lighting, and
WHEREAS, all work has been completed in accordance with the city's plans and
specifications,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the Finance Director is authorized to make final payment in
the amount of $785.10 on Project No. 127 Parkers Lake rink lighting.
