PROVIDING SECONDARY WATER METER TO
DUPLEXES AT NO CHARGE
WHEREAS, the City Code requires individual water meters for each dwelling
unit within duplexes; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to encourage duplex owners to conform to the City
Code; and
WHEREAS, providing a secondary meter to duplex owners at no charge would be
an incentive.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Finance Director is authorized, during the
remainder of 1992, to issue secondary water meters to duplex owners at no
charge to conform to City Code Section 720 Paragraph 25.
Adopted by the City Council on January 27, 1992.
