RZSOLUTION NO. 92-81
APPROVING ON -SALE 3.2 LIQUOR LICENSE FOR
MAR-JEN INC.
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for an on -sale 3.2
liquor license from Mar -Jen Inc., d/b/a Ming's Garden, for the
premises at 4190 Vinewood Lane #113; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has conducted an investigation and
finds no reason to deny the license; and
WHEREAS, following required published and posted notice, the City
Council conducted a public hearing and finds no reason to deny
the license.
NOW THEREFORE, HE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Plymouth that an on -sale 3.2 liquor license is hereby approved
for Mar -Jen Inc., d/b/a Ming's Garden, 4190 Vinewood Lane #113,
for the period of January 28, 1992, through June 30, 1992.
Adopted by the City Council on January 27, 1992.
