RESOLUTION NO. 92-80
AUTHORIZING THE ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR
AN UNINTERRUPTIBLE POWER SUPPLY SYSTEM
WHEREAS, the City's mainframe computer system must provide reliable service
to its users; and
WHEREAS, an uninterruptible power supply system would improve this reliance;
and
WHEREAS, funds are available within the computer reserve for the funding of
an uninterruptible power supply system_
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Finance Director is hereby authorized to
advertise for bids for an uninterruptible power supply system for the city's
mainframe computer; and
FURTHER, that funds for the purchase of the uninterruptible power supply
system are appropriated from the computer reserve.
Adopted by the City Council on January 27, 1992.
