RESOLUTION 92-79
AUTHORIZING EXTENSION OF SITE IMPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE AGREEMENT FOR PARKSIDE
AT MEDICINE LAKE PARTNERS LOCATED AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF ROCKFORD ROAD
(OLD COUNTY ROAD 9) AND 41ST AVENUE NORTH (91087)
WHEREAS, a Planned Unit Development Final Site Plan Amendment for Parkside at
Medicine Lake was approved under City Council Resolution 91-646; and,
WHEREAS, the developer has stated he will not be able to complete the
development prior the April 21, 1992 completion date set by the Site
Improvement Performance Agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize a three month
extension of the Site Improvement Performance Agreement for Parkside at
Medicine Lake Partners to a new completion date of July 21, 1992.
Adopted by the City Council on January 27, 1992.
