3 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
11 Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, 'dinnesota, was held on the
'i ' 24th day of November, 1969:

The following members were present: ?Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz,

1 Johnson, Humphrey and Kindseth. No one was absent.

Councilman Kiniseth introduced the following resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 6°-456
NOW THEREVORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS:
TO SCHEDULE A PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE PLANNING C014MISSION
CONCERNING AN AF[ENDMENT TO SECTION 19 OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE
RELATING TO THE BOARD OF ZONING ADJUSTttENTS AS SOON AS
POSSIBLE.
Motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz,
Johnson, Kindseth and Humphrey. No one voted against.
Whereupon said resolution wan declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of
the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have care-

true and complete transcript therairom
