RESOLUTION 92-75
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR KATHRYN NELSON FOR A HOME OCCUPATION
BEAUTY SHOP AT 455 WESTON LANE (91104)
WHEREAS, Kathryn Nelson has requested a Conditional Use Permit for a Home
Occupation Beauty Shop occupying 156 square feet of the home located at 455
Weston Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
Public Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by
Kathryn Nelson for a Home Occupation Beauty Shop occupying 156 square feet of
the home located at 455 Weston Lane, subject to the following conditions:
1. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and
Ordinances, and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation.
2. The permit is issued to the Kathryn Nelson as operator of the facility at
455 Weston Lane and shall not be transferable.
3. The site shall be maintained in a sanitary manner.
4. There shall be no signage allowed on the property relative to the use.
5. There shall be no outside display, sales, or storage of merchandise or
related materials.
6. The permit shall be renewed annually from the date of this resolution to
assure compliance with the conditions.
7. A copy of the current State License shall be provided prior to issuance
of the permit and shall be kept on file with the City.
8. Compliance with applicable Building and Fire Code requirements shall be
verified by the City prior to permit issuance.
9. A maximum of two parking spaces for customers shall be allowed.
10. One beauty salon station is allowed.
11. The beauty salon station shall be located per approved plans.
