RESOLUTION 92-74
DENYING MPUD FINAL SITE PLAN AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR JOHN DAY COMPANY
FOR AN AUTOMOBILE SERVICE CENTER (91099)
WHEREAS, John Day Company has requested approval of an MPUD Final Site Plan;
and Conditional Use Permit for an Automobile Service Facility for the property
located at the southeast corner of 35th Avenue North and 34th Avenue North;
and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
Public Hearing;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does deny the request of John
Day Company for a MPUD Final Site Plan and Conditional Use Permit for
Automobile Service Facility for the property located at the southeast corner
of 35th Avenue North and 34th Avenue North, based on the following finding:
1. The Final Site Plan and Conditional Use Permit proposed are inconsistent
with approved MPUD Preliminary Plan and Conditional Use Permit.
Adopted by the City Council on January 27, 1992.
