DEFERRED ASSESSMENTS - CITY PROJECT NO. 012 AND 014
NORTHWEST TRUNK SANITARY SEWER
COUNTY ROAD 101/COUNTY ROAD 9 TRUNK WATERMAIN
WHEREAS, the City Council has Directed that certain parcels of
homesteaded land shall have proposed assessments deferred;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: that the following parcels shall be deferred for
the assessment that applies to the sewer and water area in the manner as
stated for a period not to exceed three (3) years, provided, however,
that if the property is sold, not used by the owner for his homestead,
further subdivided during that thfee year period, the deferred assessment
shall become payable in full.
