APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 3
NORTHCENTRAL TRUNK SANITARY'SEWER
CITY PROJECT NO. 015
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 3 has been prepared providing for the following:
Item A Furnish and install compact granular trench material at
Manhole 23 and West Medicine Lake Drive - cost
$3,138.75.
Item B Remove and replace existing storm sewer at Manhole 1,
furnish and install additional storm sewer - cost
$1,076.
Item C Negotiated settlement for extra work claims by the
contractor - cost $50,000.
Item D Deduct quantities of trench rock stabilizer and erosion
control barrier - cost reduction $8,365.
AND WHEREAS, Change Order No. 3 for the Northcentral Trunk Sanitary Sewer,
City Project No. 015 is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA; that Change Order No. 3 for the Northcentral Trunk
Sanitary Sewer, City Project No. 015 by adding $45,849.75 is approved:
Original Contract Amount $335,752.00
Previous Change Orders - ADD 21,185.06
THIS CHANGE ORDER NO. 3 - ADD 45.849.75
REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT.......... $402,786.81
