HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1969-43524th day of November, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Humphrey, Johnson and Kindsety. No one was absent. Councilman Humphrey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption to which an amendment was made by Councilman Humphrey and seconded by Councilman Johnson: RESOLUTION NO. 69-435 WHEREAS, in order to save money and time for the Village; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RUBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: An offer of $300 be made in accordance with Attorney Lefler's letter of November 17, 1969 relating to the Leeper at &I. vs. Hampton Hills, Inc. litigation. Motion for the amendment was passed by a three aye vote and notion to adopt the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman I Johnson mud upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilds, Councilmen Johnson and Humphrey. The following voted against: Councilmen Hintz and Kindseth. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUZi1`Y OF HENNEPIN ) SS.
