RESOLUTION NO. 92-62
ORDERING PREPARATION OF PRELIMINARY REPORT
NORTHWEST BOULEVARD
54TH AVENUE TO SCHMIDT LAKE ROAD
STREET AND UTILITIES
CITY PROJECT NO. 205
WHEREAS, street and utility improvement are required as follows:
Northwest Boulevard - Street and Utilities - 54th Avenue to
Schmidt Lake Road.
AND WHEREgS, said improvements are proposed as part of the 1992 Capital
Improvements Program; and
WHEREAS, s Preliminary Engineering Report is required to define the
necessary improvements and estimated cost.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the proposed improvements be referred to
Strgar-Roscoe-Fausch, Inc. for study and that the engineers be instructed
to report to the City Council with all convenient speed by advising the
Council, in a preliminary way, as to whether the proposed improvement is
feasible and as to whether it should be best made as proposed or in
connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of such an
improvement as recommended. The report shall include a grade separated
crossing of the street and the Soo Line Railroad and shall include the
conditions contained in the DNR Permit for the street.
FURTHER, that the work shall be in accordance with the existing
"Engineering Services Agreement."
