RESOLUTION NO. 92-60
APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT
TEMPORARY SEWER AND WATER SERVICE
LOT 2, BLOCK 1 - MAPLE GROVE CENTER 2ND ADDITION
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the construction of a building on
Lot 2, Block 1, Maple Grove Center 2nd Addition and currently there is no
permanent sanitary sewer and water service to this property from the
Plymouth utility system; and
WHEREAS, provisions were made by the developer to provide temporary
sanitary sewer and water service to this property from the Maple Grove
utility system; aid
WHEREAS, an agreement is necessary between the City of Plymouth and the
City of Maple Grove to provide temporary utility service to this property
until the City of Plymouth-,.ility system is completed; and
WHEREAS, an agreement is necessary between the City of Plymouth and the
property owner, CONOCO, Inc. to ensure that the City of Plymouth is
reimbursed charges payable to the City of Maple Grove to provide the
temporary sewer and water service.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to
execute an agreement between the City of Plymouth and the City of Maple
Grove and also an agreement between the City of Plymouth and CONOCO, Inc.
to provide temporary sanitary sewer and water service to Lot 2, Block 1,
Maple Grove Center 2nd Addition.
Adopted by the City Council on January 27, 1992.
