RESOLUTION NO. 92-53
APPROVING A POLICY RELATING TO ABATEMENTS FOR
CORRECTION OF PROPERTY VALUATION, CLASSIFICATION,
EXEMPTION, OR HOMESTEAD STATUS
NHEREAS, the City Council would like to provide written
guidelines for the processing of abatements; and
KMK%ZAS, the City Assessor has proposed a policy which would
regulate the abatement process, including an administrative fee
therefore, dated January 17, 1992
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does,
adopt a policy relating to abatements for correction of property
valuation, classification, exemption, or homestead status dated
January 17, 1992.
