RESOLUTION NO. 92-35
DISCONTINUATION OF CITY COUNCIL MILEAGE ALLOWANCE
WHEREAS, the City Council established a policy for providing a
$50 per month mileage allowance for Councilmembers effective
January 1, 1991; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed this policy and has
elected to discontinue the policy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the $50 per month mileage
allowance previously made available to all City Councilmembers be
terminated effective this date.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the monthly compensation of Councilmembers
shall, in part, be considered to defray mileage expenses as
further set forth in the Council policy set forth in Resolution
83-199.
