RESOLUTION NO. 92-33
RESOLUTION APPROVING ADDENDUM TO THE
LABOR AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH AND
LAW ENFORCEMENT LABOR SERVICES, INC.,
JANUARY 1, 1992 THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 1992
WHEREAS, representatives of the City of Plymouth and Law
Enforcement Labor Services, Inc., representing Plymouth Police
Sergeants, have met to negotiate wages in accordance with Article
XVII, Section 17.5 of their agreement and in accordance with the
Public Employee Labor Relations Law; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has reported in his December 1991
memorandum that an agreement has been reached for the period of
January 1, 1992 through December 31, 1992.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does,
approve the addendum to the labor agreement between the City of
Plymouth and Law Enforcement Labor Services, Inc., for the period
of January 1, 1992 through December 31, 1992; and
FURTHER, that the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to
execute the agreement.
