CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 92-31
READOPTING VARIOUS CITY COUNCIL POLICIES
NHEREAS, the City Council has established various policies
intended to clarify the Council's position with respect to issues
of importance to the Cour.�il but not contained in the City Code;
and
WHEREAS, the Council desires that such policies be periodically
updated to assure that they accurately reflect current practices.
NOW, THEREFORE, HE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, that it should and hereby does adopt
the following policies dated January 7, 1992 as set forth in the
staff report dated January 2, 1992:
1. Policy Relating to Human Service Agencies
2. Local Government Access Channel 37 Operating Policies and
Procedures
3. Policy Relating to City Council Meeting Rules and Procedure
FURTHER, that the City Clerk is herewith directed to revise and
distribute said policies to policy book holders.
