RESOLUTION NO. 92-30
ADOPTING A POLICY FOR SNOW AND
ICE REMOVAL FOR CITY STREETS
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of clarifying the city
policies and practices with respect to snow and ice control on
the city street system; and
WHEREAS, such a policy will prompt resident understanding while
limiting city liability.
NOW,
THEREFORE, HE
IT HEREBY RESOLVED
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY
OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it
should, and
hereby does,
adopt
"A Policy on
Sanding and the Removal of Ice
and Snow from
City
Maintained Street System."
Adopted
by the City
Council on January
6, 1992.
