RESOLUTION NO. 92-29
AUTHORIZING FUNDING AND PAYMENT FOR PETS
UNDER POLICE SECURITY (PUPS) FACILITY
WHEREAS, the City has entered into a Joint Powers Agreement for
the construction and operation of the PUPS facility; and
WHEREAS, the facility has been constructed and payment is due in
accordance with the Joint Powers Agreement; and
WHEREAS, funds are available within the Public Facilities Fund
for this purpose.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Finance Director is hereby
authorized to make payment to the City of Maple Grow for
$118,842.42 for the PUPS facility; and
FURTHER, that funds be appropriated from the Public Facilities
Fund (No. 604) for this purpose.
